Payment & Shipping
If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal or if you wish to complain about a delivery, Jean&Len GmbH will not bear the costs of returning the goods. Please fill out our return form for a possible return, enclose it to the package and send the package back to us.
We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, France and The Netherlands. More countries are to follow soon!
Delivery to Germany is 3,95€, to Austria, France, Netherlands, Begium, Luxembourg 7,80€. Delivery is free for orders over 35€ (Germany) or 50€ (Austria).
We offer payment by PayPal, Amazon Pay or advance payment.
If you wish to revoke the contract (statutory right of revocation: 14 days), we will reimburse you the invoice amount and the flat-rate delivery charge immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund. Please note that we do not pay for the return shipping costs.
