Contest Rules

Rules for participation and data protection for all Jean&Len Online and Social Media-based lotteries/prize draws/competitions.

1. Organiser/Contact
The organiser of the competitions is Jean&Len GmbH, Brunnenstraße 31, D-72505 Krauchenwies, info(at)jeanlen.de (“Jean&Len”)

2. Entering Competitions on Jean&Len Social Media and Websites
Competitions are open only to residents of Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg, the Netherlands and Switzerland who are aged 16 or over. Employees of Jean&Len, authorised representatives, legal successors and agents of the promoter as well as all advertising agencies involved in the event and the implementation of the prize draws and their respective family and household members are excluded from participation.
Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered for the draw.
Only one submitted registration per participant takes part in the lottery. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple email addresses or multiple Social Media profiles to increase your chances of winning.
Participation in the competition is free of charge and no purchase is necessary to enter the competitions.

3. Identification and Announcement of the Winner(s)
Participants are liable for their own contributions.
The winner(s) will be determined after the closing date for entries within the framework of a random draw among all participants. If the lottery is linked to a task, only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be entered into the lottery.
Unless otherwise stated in the competition entry, the winners will be determined by lottery.

4. Shipment of Prizes and Data Protection
Address data required to ship the respective prize offered in the competition description will be stored and processed exclusively for this purpose. Unless expressly mentioned in the description of the competition, the winner(s) will not incur any additional costs when sending out prizes. A cash payment of the prizes is not possible.
Participants are entitled to information, modification, deletion and revocation rights regarding their data.
Storage and/or passing on for advertising purposes expressly does not take place.

5. Liability for Sent Contributions/Pictures
Contributions, comments and images submitted in the context of our competitions must not contain any offensive or untrue content or violate copyright or trademark laws.
Jean&Len reserves the right to delete such entries and to exclude the entrant from participation in the competition. Participants are liable for their own entries.

6. Disruptions of the Competitions
The competition organizer reserves the right to change, adjust or prematurely terminate the competition if circumstances exist that make such a step necessary. Manipulation and misuse of our competitions are expressly prohibited.
We assume no liability for the occurrence of technical problems during the registration process for the competition or in the context of the prize notification.

7. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible provision which comes as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same shall apply mutatis mutandis in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of Participation.
