Behind Jean&Len is a constantly growing team of people who are driven by the desire to do things differently from the big companies. We are young, fearless and full of ideas. The majority of the team works in our Cologne office, right in the heart of the beautiful cathedral city, and takes care of product development, marketing, sales, graphics, supply chain management and customer service.
Our logistics and accounting experts are based in the idyllic town of Pfullendorf, near Lake Constance.

Not only creative minds, but also some furry colleagues come and go here. Our office dogs ensure a good mood, cuddle breaks and sometimes a little bit of chaos. They are also a sign of our love for animals, which is always reflected in our vegan products. So you see, we welcome people and animals alike - because a real team needs all paws on deck!
